Kickoff January 7!

WOBOT will be hosting our team kickoff on Saturday, January 7. Keep an eye out here for the latest news on timing, but if you plan to arrive around 11am, the actual kickoff broadcast begins worldwide at 11:30-ish. We will have lunch after the game announcement and then after that, we will go through the rules and brainstorm. It’s a very exciting day so plan to be a part of it. We invite parents and alumni to attend this event. We will be at the WO South Building LGI Room in the Robotics area. See you there!

Join us January 7!

December is on the way! Meetings!

WOBOT is meeting on Mondays from 3-5 for JAVA programming class. If you’re interested in programming this year, you should be there! Meetings take place in South 616.

We meet on Tuesday in South 616 from 5-8pm: The first hour is spent on practice time driving the robot and the last two hours are build, programming, planning, team awards, management and art/design. We have something for everyone, so if you’re interested in being a part of a team, join us!

On Thursdays, we meet from 6-8 and work on build concepts. Be a part of the pre-kickoff activity. To hit the ground running, we need trained personnel!
